SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure your Fiddle-Leaf Fig arrives as a healthy and thriving plant, we follow a specific shipping schedule.

We only ship plants on weekdays via FedEx Ground. We ship seasonally, depending on the state.

​

Orders typically ship within 5 days of ordering. We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays.

​

Once plants are handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be responsible for any adverse weather that occurs during shipment and impacts the plant. Any issues that occur due to shipment will be handled through the shipping carrier's customer service.

 

Due to agricultural regulations, we cannot ship plants to Arizona or California. 

Due to the length of travel, we also cannot ship outside of the contiguous US or to New York City, NY.

While we attempt to fix shipping issues to NYC, shipments to NY are temporarily on hold.

Seasonal Notes:

Orders must be placed by December 13th at 11:59 EST if shipping outside of Florida.

Orders must be placed by December 17th at 11:59 EST if shipping within Florida.

Orders must be placed by December 13th at 11:59 EST if ordering for local pick up.

The online store will be closed from December 18th - January 3rd.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee that your plant will arrive to you happy and in perfect health.

This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the time of delivery.

The Fiddle Leaf Fig Farm guarantees that your plant will arrive in healthy condition. 

​

Note:  In transit, plants can show signs of shock and will acclimate to your environment, this is their normal. Allow your plant 1-2 weeks to acclimate properly. 

 

If your plant/item arrives damaged from transit (for reasons other than natural occurrences), we suggest that you file a claim with the shipping carrier first. We will replace your plant or offer store credit for the equal amount of the plant or item(s) in question (this decision will be made on a case-by-case basis).

 

To receive a store credit or replacement, you must provide pictures and a description of the issue.  ​

If you file a claim with the shipping carrier, please share the details of the claim with us as well.
